The house was clean and conveniently located for what we were in TX for. The lighting was a lot less than the pictures showed and the house upstairs was hot. We did turn on the air units and the house was fine when we returned but it was not comfortable to get ready in upon arrival. Overall the directions were well explained and the house was clean. I would say clean and convenient, although an elven o’clock check out would have been nice.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. It was close to everywhere we had to go. Quiet neighborhood. It's an older home thats been remodeled on the inside. Our only complaint was no toaster oven but we went to purchase one and left it there for the next guest. Definitely would stay here again if we ever have the need. Thank you!

could have been a little less dusty and maybe a little less drafty in the house, but overall a good stay. host was accommodating when an emergency arose and helped make the stay decent. far enough away from the rougher area to be unbothered by most of it, but can hear sirens, some gun shots and loud cars easily so keep that in mind. close to much of the core attractions of downtown which is a plus. host was very inviting and instructions were clear.
