Okay stay, host always responded and helped out as much as they could! Although the heat and power went out it was, they were helpful during it and ended up getting it fixed I believe?? Either way it’s okay for a couple nights.

it's fine for a temporary stay of a night or two. however if you want a week or so and plan on using their stove.. don't. I'm not sure whose idea was to put a fire detector directly above the stove so that even if you just turn on the stove for a second to pre heat it. the alarm instantly goes off in their entire house. the first night this happened one of the host showed up at the door in his underwear which was super awkward and gave me a very accusal look scolded me to be careful. he was not friendly or helpful at all. the kids next door are loud and there is constantly doors slamming shaking the apartment. after the second or third time of the oven going off. it just happened to stop working and only one burner would spark but no gas regardless of what burner you turned on. when I looked it up to troubleshoot it.. said gas supply was off. so they shut off the gas so I couldn't use the stove after buying food for the week. told me they fix it after I leave. very uncomfortable stay

This apartment was immaculate and also very modern. The private entry to the apartment through the garage was completely separate from the rest of the house. The host was highly responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. I enjoyed my stay here, and would stay again.
