This house was as advertissed. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had new appliances and we were able to shop for what we needed and feel at home. Air condition was cold and functional. and available in all rooms. Bathrooms were clean and Beds were comfortable. A good nights sleep had by all. Daniel was responsive to our needs and we encountered no issues while there. Security was top notch giving a really secure feeling whilst the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again

Always great being in the quiet, secluded neighborhood of Richmond. The home was clean. Nothing else remarkable about it. We've stayed in Richmond estates many times so have experienced different Airbnbs and this is probably the most basic we’ve stayed at in terms of amenities: no welcome snacks, no bar soap, finally found washcloths in a closet the last night, etc. pay attention to the list of amenities when selecting because if tvs are important (but you’re on vacation soooo) then note there is only one in the living room with no cable or basic channels. We weren’t able to even comfortably watch Netflix because unfortunately the a/c went out in the living room and he couldn’t get anyone out till after we left. But we had great nights sleep on the comfortable bed, hot water was aplenty, and we always felt good coming back at night.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Daniel’s residence for a birthday getaway. The house was clean and the grounds were spectacular. Daniel was very thoughtful and accommodating with some last minute request that made our experience even better. There is a lot to do in the nearby town for both adults and kids, including great local restaurants. I definitely plan on returning as I felt right at home.

Daniel's unit was absolutely magnificient, it might be located in one of the most beautiful communities I have had the pleasure of staying in, in all of Jamaica. Wonderful ocean view, very peaceful community, absolutely zero noise polution, clean streets, well lit, secure, not too far from ammenities and the town but not so close as to be conjested. Daniel himself was extremely responsive and accomodating to an early check in as well. I would stay with him again.
