Relax or workout in the Salt Water pool and spa, heated to 84 year round. Four sitting areas provide space for lively conversations or solitude and relaxation. The Fun House offers a complete games room with an Infrared Sauna. Less than 3 miles from 3 Golf Courses, biking and hiking trails, 16 Fine and casual restaurants and Clark's Grocery store. Custom home on 1/2 acre in a very quiet neighborhood. Return visitors to Sedona have discovered the serenity of The Village while being only 15 minutes from the Uptown Sedona area. Reach the back side of Red Rock Crossing and Cathedral from the "local" parking lots and avoid the crowds. Ride your bikes to multiple trailheads, just 1.6 miles to infamous Bell Rock or drive to the some of the best local hiking trails within 8 minutes. Within 5 minutes you can dine at your choice of 14 restaurants from Fine Dining at Cucina Rustica to Thai, Chinese, BBQ, Mexican, Gourmet Burgers, local favorite family restaurants, Sedona Juice and Smoothies, and is just a short walk to Rocky Road Gourmet Ice Cream. 3 Bedrooms/2Bathrooms and a full games room will sleep up to 8 people. Luxuriously furnished with a Gourmet Kitchen, multiple outdoor seating, dining, lounging areas, corn hole and ladder ball competition arena. Relax, play, eat and repeat! We will provide you with a detailed local guide book with our recommendations for all things hiking, biking, golfing, dining and more. This is a Fun House but not a Party House. Our neighborhood restricts noise after 10:00 p.m.

Everything about our entire experience was amazing! The house is gorgeous and full of every amenity you can think of. The labels on every cabinet made everything so easy and convenient. I don’t think there is one single thing we could have asked to be different!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Everything we needed was provided and the instructions were clear and easy to access. My wife & daughters loved the coffee station and my son loved the pool table but it was in the backyard oasis that we spent most of our time - swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, lounging in the sun or playing in the games area. It felt so peaceful & relaxing back there whether we were reading or simply sitting in silence. All the hiking trails were very close and easy to access and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. Marnie & David were very helpful and answered all my questions before we arrived and the books they left out were fantastic to direct us to the trails. Oak Creek is a wonderful little town and Sedona is only 10/15 minutes away. Clarks' grocery store had everything we needed and was literally a 2 minute drive from the house. A fantastic way to celebrate my sixtieth birthday!
WOW! This airbnb had everything you could need during the trip: kitchen appliances including a waffle maker + ninja blender, pool, fire pit, board games, and towels. Marnie and David thought of everything and whenever we had questions they were quick to respond. The space was very clean and spacious. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. Not a complaint but more advice to other people staying, quiet hours (after 9pm) are enforced so if you are looking to have more of a rowdy trip this might not be the right airbnb for you.
Amazing hosts! Gave us really good recommendations for our stay and very flexible with check in and check out, will definitely come again and stay here to continue exploring Sedona!
An amazing place to go as a family. Lots of space and creature comforts. The game room was huge hit with the kids. Beautiful oasis in the backyard with a great pool. Very quiet neighborhood.

Incredibly quiet, upscale neighborhood away from the busyness of Sedona and only 15 minutes from Uptown Sedona. 5 minutes from 3 Golf Courses, Bell Rock Trails and a dozen more for hiking or biking, 3 minutes to Clarks Market, 1 mile to Snap Fitness and no less than 12 restaurants from fine dining to casual local favorites are within a 1 mile drive. Sedona's Best Kept Secret for return visitors "in the know". You may request our link to our video to preview our home.
A vehicle is recommended to get around Sedona and the surrounding area. Parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway.

Dave and I are originally from Canada and moved to Maui in ‘82’ where we enjoyed running our windsurfing school for 15 years. We hosted a vacation home in Kula, Maui, for 5 years and loved meeting guests from all over the world, sharing the best hikes, beaches and restaurants with our B&B friends. We, along with our 2 kids, love to travel, explore the great outdoors, ski, snowboard, bike, hike, scuba and just about anything adventurous with the exception of bungee jumping.......some of our favorite Vacation Homes have been in Colorado, Kauai and most recently in Honduras and Costa Rica where we repelled down jungle waterfalls and rode horses though the local villages. We are starting our world travels once again and look forward to sharing our home in Sedona with you and to help you with all things Sedona to ensure you have a most magical Sedona vacation. Our son Keenan, will be your co-host when we are out of town traveling. He graduated from Sedona High School and has chosen to stay, work and play in this beautiful town and he will be available to answer questions or assist you in any way to ensure you enjoy your stay.
