This was my first experience renting a room instead of a home. Chris was welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. Shower was nice and hot. Perfect fit for me while working locally. Thanks Chris!

My husband and I stayed here for one night. The bed was good and the shower had lots of hot water and pressure. We liked the balcony off of our room with two Adirondack chairs. The room had a small desk and chair, thus giving us a work space for our laptop. Upon request Chris supplied two facecloths (some airbnbs don't supply these). Chris's kitchen was clean so we felt comfortable making our breakfast in there the next morning. He was nice enough to make room for our fridge items and numerous freeze packs. We plan to be back in the future.

Chris immediately made us feel at home. He's friendly and relaxed and gave us a lot of privacy despite the fact that we had a room in his house. We would stay there again.
