We recently stayed for 5 nights in this lovely studio apartment, it made a perfect base for us to visit friends in the area and to get to Cambridge and London on day trips. The location is perfect for tranquility or for exploring. It is in a wonderful countryside location yet close enough for all amenities. The studio is impeccably clean, warm and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay and there are some nice touches like coffee capsules, herbal teas and individual packets of biscuits. The bed is really comfortable and the bathroom is stocked with lovely natural toiletries Dan & Faye are excellent hosts and very welcoming and helpful. They greeted us on arrival and gave us our key, so check in was easy and very quick. They even accommdated storing our ebikes when we werent using them. The communication before our visit was excellent and during our stay they were very quick to respond and answer any queries. We will definitely revisit the property for a future visit

Super cute place. Although you are still on the highway with <10 mins to go, you quickly find yourself on a nice quiet back country english road. There is an estate across the road with peacocks which is quite funny and a few cute pubs around. The swan just down the road although less cosy has incredibly nice food and great service. We enjoyed our stay as a couple looking to get out of the city

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and really do recommend it. Faye and Dan have great communication and they made everything so welcoming and comfortable. Check in was easy and the location is so beautiful and peaceful too. The amenities provided are very considerate and useful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We booked the guest house for a weekend break. It was easy to find and the check-in and entry instructions were super easy. The property was very clean and the bed and towels were lovely. Beautiful surroundings and it was so relaxing sitting next to the lake. Dan and Faye were very welcoming, friendly and approachable if we needed anything. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
