Private setting, large deck with grill and fire pit in the yard. This is a 2019 Jayco bunkhouse Camper, 33’ one main bedroom, and 2 bunk beds, full kitchen with refrigerator, Microwave and gas range. Front deck has gas grill. Fire pit in yard, wood is available in wood pile at the house to the North.

Donovan was very responsive and the accommodation was as described. Huge issue we had was locating the camper. We arrived after dark ( unexpectedly) and although GPS got us very close, we were unable to identify the unit in the dark. Walking around with flashlight in the dark and rain and luckily had a friendly neighbor step and help us find it. The unit doesn’t face the road and has an unmarked address. Also, heat never really kicked on and inside temp hovered around 50-55 degrees. Water heater only produced Luke warm water. I suppose as inexperienced campers we should have foreseen some of this but hopefully owner will post better location instructions and perhaps remind renters about the heat and hot water limitations.
The place smelled awful. Hopefully they’re able to fix the issue before renting out their place again

These lots are very rural, there are other homes and campers near by but usually only used on a seasonal basis, so it is a private area, we are located about 3 miles from Prizer Pointe marina, there is the Fishing hole resturant about a mile away, along with a gas station. The city of Cadiz is about 20 mins away there are more restaurants and antique shops there.
You can park anywhere on the gravel next to the Camper. You can also use the boat ramp located about 1/4 mile to the north in the winter when the water is low you can launch kayaks and canoes, in the summer larger boats can use the ramp
