The place was great for what I needed. It is a room in a house that is under construction so there are some oddities associated with that. Pretty much exactly how the listing described.

The unit served our purpose to lay our head for the 2 nights. It is in older established neighborhoods and we felt safe although it was really dark coming into the neighborhood. The host accurately described how the unit is currently under renovation and some rooms are not aesthetically up to par. The unit was still clean but it was very cold that night and we were not prepared for portable heater in the main room, half bath and upstairs bathroom. The shower was upstairs but couldn’t use the toilet in that bathroom. Like I said it did serve our purpose but highly unlikely I would use the unit in its current condition. We got what we paid for. If you don’t mind these minor inconveniences and you’re on a tight budget this can work.

The place was described perfectly; it is under renovation so note the limitations. It had everything we needed for our brief stay. Levon is a perfect host. We were arriving late so they left a light on outside for us. He even called me within 15 minutes of our checking out to tell me we left a laptop behind. The directions were very clear. The only thing I would add is that the turn into the driveway doesn’t show the house number; I drove past it the first time.
