We had a great stay. The place was perfect for my husband and myself for 3 days. The back balcony was very quiet, and peaceful. Even though the place is in the middle of the city, it is so quiet. The stairs are quite small and steep, so think about that when bringing in a bunch of luggage. Other than the stairs up to the place, we have absolutely no complaints. Jennifer was a great host. Both check in and check out were so simple.

Jennifer was a fantastic and accommodating host! Her place is clean, comfortable, and was in walking distance or a short drive to many restaurants/coffee shops (as advertised). We also saw a concert at Red Rocks and that was an easy 25-minute ride. Perfect for our quick trip to Denver! Jennifer and her husband were very responsive and attentive to any needs you might have. I would definitely recommend booking her place if you are in the area.

We loved our time here!! Such a perfect stay for my partner and I. Jennifer was a very friendly and responsive host, the place was exactly as pictured, and the location was great! Definitely recommend.

We loved staying at the Carriage house. I loved their neighborhood. Bed was comfy, everything was in working order (kitchen/bathroom etc). Loved the little balcony. We chose this place due to location as we are in love with the area and like to walk to get food and drinks. We came in town for a quick getaway and concert at Red Rocks. This far surpassed our expectations. We'd come back for sure!
