The place was great! It is located in a peaceful neighborhood area, and you can enjoy a beautiful lake with only 2 mins of walking, while it is also located near the tram stop, connecting to Utrecht centraal. So, it's the best place if you want to stay in a peaceful area while also wanting to travel around the city. The host was super helpful and kind. It's definitely worth it to be back again.

Ronald was always reachable and responsive if we had any issues. The apartment was well equipped for long stays. Since our baby was also going to stay in the apartment sometimes, Ronald proactively arranged a cot for him which we didn’t need to use as we brought our own but we really appreciated the thoughtfulness. We had some issues with the hot water in the shower and kitchen suddenly going off but the moment we informed Ronald, he made it a point to come by and fix it. He even made alternative arrangements for us to access the shower downstairs which was not part of the Airbnb so that we were not inconvenienced. My parents who were the main guests really enjoyed their stay and they were grateful to Ronald for making their stay comfortable. Thank you Ronald!

Honestly a perfect Netherlands listing. Very easy accessibility to Utrecht via the 21 tram near the home. 7 min to Jumbo supermarket with nice Dutch bread and cheese. Quiet walkable residential area with nice parks. Apartment is second floor of a row home. Communication was easy, clear, and not too lengthy with rules or directions — which I appreciate, since so many residential listings in Europe are often overcomplicated. Sparkling clean and smelled clean with fresh sheets and towels. Good kitchen and table. Fast Wi-Fi. Privacy totally respected and self check in was flexible. Good air con which functioned for both heat and cold. Excellent price ratio. Would use again!
