Robert went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Enjoyed his company when he had time to talk. Best place near Joplin we have stayed so far in 10 years.

Way better than a hotel and for a fraction of the price. Robert opened his beautiful, peaceful and elegant home to me. I did laundry and listened to relaxing music that can be heard throughout the house. Though he offered the use of his pristinely clean hot tub, I was exhausted and turned in early. The soft blankets and pillows and high count bamboo sheets lulled me right to sleep. I also slept better than I have in a very long time.

We had been driving for 7 hours and finished in pouring rain. We were very glad Roberts house number was on his garage where it was visible. Other homes had a front porch light on as well so the number confirmed we had the right place. I had the idea we had our own private entrance apart from the house so was surprised we got access into the main entrance. The information did say we had use of a full kitchen however so I knew that we could have access to other areas. The bedroom and bathroom were very nicely appointed. Very nice use of very soft luxurious feeling bed linens and towels. Nice personality that came out in the very comfortable and fun decorations. Robert met us soon after we got in and was very welcoming and accomodating to the needs we had. We only stayed one evening as we were traveling thru so cannot expand on the area. We did enjoy our comfortable, quiet stay here. We found the nicest restaurant in nearby Cartersville, Mo, Famous Grill Italian Smokehouse.

Robert was an amazing host. He communicated with me multiple times to make sure my stay was perfect. The house was very clean and has everything someone would need for a multiple night stay! Would recommend to anyone!
