The room was convenient . Bt he emphasized how he doesn’t “ do children” & i felt like that was unnecessary to say especially since he accepted my request with my 5 year old who is well behaved thank God.The host is very overbearing a lot of rules & micro managing . No closing the microwave a certain way ,no using the vac cleaner until 10 ,no vacuuming for long periods no cooking at a certain time .If you ignore that & just remain under the radar sleep shower leave you’ll be fine . We had a mishap & i think the lack of communication is the reason bt the way he handled it sent my anxiety overboard . Again he’s very overbearing . I am grateful to have had some where to stay but he overall just wasn’t friendly & you can tell he’s very money driven . I would rather find some place that’s open and friendly towards myself & my child . The bathroom tub & floor was always dirty the bedroom comforter was torn there was a baby bottle trash and lots of hair when i first came behind the bed.

The home itself is good, and comfortable enough for a short stay. It is a but dated, but you get what you pay for. I did cut my stay short here because i booked with myself and my daughter. The host offered the lower half of the home for us because it’s typically a “kid free zone” which is fine with me. But my daughter did get sick and because of the noise, it was not a good fit for the situation. I did ask the hosts for a refund or an accommodation for future stay and he did not respond (which is bad energy for business) I paid 187$ for this stay for 1 night with no consideration at all for being a mama taking care of a sick baby. I can be considerate, all i do is ask for the same in return. But karma…. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Great place to stay for short or long term visit. Host was very nice and helpful. Very well equipped with essentials. He is very particular about certain things but other than that I have no complaints. Would highly recommend.

The property is ok. This room is in the basement which might be why it was stuffy and you may see some dead bugs. I was told that I saw them because the place was just sprayed by the host, who was very responsive and came to remove the one from my room. He's also kind and will ensure your comfort. Well-equipped kitchen and accesible laundry room.
