The host, Laura, is great. Very friendly & responsive. Home is okay. It was a better deal than 2 hotel rooms for all 4 of us to stay. There is a lot of work that needs to be done; many cabinets are missing knobs / pulls, hot tub was very low on water when we arrived and we had to add quite a bit to get it to work correctly and had to wait 24 hours for it to reach temperature and should be cleaned and not just shocked by each guest, no basic items such as salt & pepper, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. It appears as if the house is currently being updated, but staying there currently was a little annoying; doors stick, back door gets caught on the mat covering the patio, stove top is touching wood cabinet making it impossible to use, oven is very small, microwave is missing feet so it's not level, master bedroom bed is not level, master bedroom bathroom needs work. Has potential, but not one we would stay in again. Decent deal and we wish Laura the best.

We never had time to use the hot tub which was a bummer. House was what we needed to have a nice visit with our daughters and grandkids. The boys loved the books and bunk beds. Livingroom furniture and bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Just need to remember it is well water, but she provided complimentary bottles of drinking water. Home was dog friendly which was what we always need. Once we all got used to the layout (which the house if a lot bigger on the inside), it worked well for all of us.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean, safe and in a great neighborhood. My only dislike was the smell of th water. When you took a shower or brushed your teeth, the water smelled almost like sewer water. Not sure if it's hard water in that specific location but I was caught off guard. Another reason I booked the place was because of the jacuzzi which I did ask about prior to booking but wasn't able to use because the host stated AFTER booking the guest prior to me did not leave the lid closed over night which is no fault of her own but it was super inconvenient for me due to that being the main reason I booked the house. I was sent a code prior to getting to the house that was not the correct code hi host was quick at responding and gave us the correct code. There was a cotton plant on the table which made me as a black woman feel uncomfortable but I guess it was decor. We stayed out that room. She did allow us a late check out which we appreciated because we were driving out of state
