Beautiful lake house. Loved everything about it!

I am reluctant to give this place a one-star review because I believe the host has good intentions. It’s evident that the property was built specifically as an Airbnb venture. The decor is tasteful and inviting, and the panoramic view from the master bedroom is very pretty. However, my stay was marred by a significant issue: the overwhelming smell of Fabuloso cleaner. Upon arrival, the scent was so strong that it immediately made me feel nauseous. I tried airing out the apartment and even left to go shopping, hoping it would dissipate, but the potent smell persisted. By the next morning, I was experiencing headaches and continued nausea due to the odor. I reached out to the host to explain my adverse reaction and requested to check out early, offering to pay for two nights despite only staying one. Unfortunately, the host was less accommodating than expected, and my request was declined. This situation led me to contact Airbnb customer service to mediate a fair resolution.

Above & Beyond The experience here was everything that we needed and proved to give us more than we imagined. From the tiny details, to the major things, we were able to enjoy our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave. We cannot wait to come back here in the future, it was well worth it: which is a huge testament!

Super nice place to stay at! I really enjoyed the view and just relaxing in this place. It was very clean and very private. Host is very kind and reached out to let me know they’re always there to help.
