Obwohl wir spät in der Nacht angekommen sind ist unser Host wach geblieben und hat uns direkt Empfangen und sich um den Flughafen Transfer gekümmert. Die Kommunikation war super!

Riad nizar was somewhat difficult to locate as host doesn't provide detailed check in instructions and the place has no signage. Fortunately the restaurant waiter knew where we were supposed to go. We were not put in the room we booked, but it was similar, except 2 single beds. We expected no hot water as per the listing but there was no running water at all for most of the 2 days we stayed (was told it was a city problem which may be out of their control) The listing states breakfast included but this is an error/misrepresentation as there was nothing offered. dishes piled up a bit on account of there not being running water to clean them and there were roaches noted in the kitchen (not sure how ubiquitous they are here) The bed is a hard foam block and not comfortable. The location is close to the beach though and the terrace is quite pleasant. Overall this was a cheap accommodation but you do get what you pay for here.

It’s all about the terrace and close proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants with this stay. Khalid is an excellent host. He arranged airport pickup and I had zero problems checking in. He is also super helpful with other arrangements and generally just a really good dude. The hard foam bed is probably the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on but you get what toy pay for. This was a great last minute find and I’m happy to have found it.
