We spent a very nice few days at Ashtree. The property was as described although the garden was smaller than we anticipated. It was very convenient to walk to the sea front at Barton-on-Sea and from there along the coast towards either Milford or Mudeford. It was also an easy stroll to the Cliff House restaurant for an evening meal and the Beachcomber for coffee.

We had a wonderful time at Ashtree House. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place to spend the weekend. The space is as beautiful as the pictures and we got an especially sunny and beautiful spring weekend to enjoy the surrounding areas especially the coastal path and beach. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything and the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. Thanks for a great stay! Hope to be back in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Ashtree House and felt right at home. The house has been decorated and furnished beautifully and feels very cosy. The location is great - very quiet and peaceful but well placed for exploring. We’d love to come back another time :)

Ashtree house was perfect for our little getaway, peaceful, perfectly clean and well equipped. Just a few minutes from the beach which was lovely for children and dog walks alike, the house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Lovely little touches and very dog friendly. We hope to return when the weather improves!

Ashtree is a gorgeous house, located in a quiet neighborhood, only a 5/10mn walk from the cliffs, a couple of lovely cafés, a convenient shop and an ice cream parlor. It is a fantastic base to explore the beautiful beaches in the area and the New Forest. The house is beautiful, very clean and we felt right at home the minute we got there. Beds are very comfortable, the conservatory brings in lots of light, and we would love to go back there so soon!
