Jay’s apartment was a great location for us and it was a pleasant surprise to have the Starbucks so close and enroute to our activities for the day.

The apartment is charming in its updated decor and floor plan in an old building in a nice, comfortable urban area. Penn Station is about 10 minutes, which was great! The linens were all clean and fluffy, bed and pillows very comfortable. The main floor areas were clean. Unfortunately that cleanliness did not extend to the appliances and cabinet faces which were all smudged w/greasy fingerprints. The room corners and baseboards had been left to collect dust, dirt and some hair for some time. The sheer curtains cover the big windows in the master bedroom making this a light, bright room, lovely in the day but not good for sleeping at night.(bright street light on the corner shines in) Check in was simple and they were willing to allow us to have an early check in which was very helpful. However, Jay, the host we communicated with, repeatedly took several days to respond to our communications. The automated check in system worked great.

Great space, easy instructions. Very walkable with lots of things to do nearby! Will definitely stay again!

Jay was accommodating of our early arrival, responsive and friendly. The property was comfortable, clean and felt cozy. Easily walkable to attractions and restaurants, and parking was decent. Thanks for hosting!
