We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa's flat. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although not in downtown, location is still convenient since buses works really well. It's easy and cheap to go to the airport from there too, with a bus that stops just in front of her house. Her helper is a great person, helpful and respectful. The flat is relatively small in comparison to other countries but probably good size for Hong Kong. We would definitely stay there again :)

Melissa's apartment is an excellent value property in Hong Kong. For the same price of a cramped space downtown, you can get a nice, spacious room with a dedicated kitchen, living room, and bathroom. These are things you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else in Hong Kong.

Melissa's apartment was great! Clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood, and at a very reasonable price, this is an excellent place to stay during a trip to Hong Kong. Melissa is quick to reply to messages and very hospitable.

The apartment is GREAT! Way better than staying in a small hotel, and was much cheaper. Melissa was very thorough and responded to my emails promptly. She sent me a lot of information about the buses and MTR nearby, and how to get to the big touristic areas. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood; it was very clean and had a great view! The T.V has many channels, the couch is super comfortable, and I really enjoyed having a separate bedroom. The location is extremely convenient as the bus terminal is about a 30 second walk from the apartment. There, you will find buses that go to Central, Causeway Bay, HKU MTR, even the Airport. I recommend taking the bus to and from the airport (48 HKD), as the taxi was about 350HKD. And right next to the bus terminal there is a mall that has Pizza Hut, McD's, 7-Eleven, grocery store, breakfast restaurant, pharmacy, small food court, hardware store, etc. But what I really liked about staying in this apartment, was having the Domestic Helper there during our stay. She is a very lovely and kind hearted person that helped us so much during our first trip to HK. She made our vacation so much better. If I ever make it back to Hong Kong, I would definitely come back to this apartment. Thank you!!
