Eltham was a lovely place to stay, very pretty and quiet, an ideal place to spend a night or two. The place itself was simple and just what we needed for the weekend. Though there was a lack of resources e.g., no toilet paper and no amenities for washing dishes etc. There was also minimal instructions and communication from the host.

Nice unit, is in a motel/ conference center complex that wasn’t stated in listing. Was small, but was all we needed. At reception they went to charge me again( actually @$30 less than I paid). When I explained I paid through air bnb he was fine about it and apologised. If I had of know I would have booked direct and saved money. Would stay here again if in the area. Very peaceful and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

I have a feeling that there was new owners, they were quite confused at check in. They couldn't find my booking, we had to wait for the room to be cleaned at 3:30 and after it was clean and restocked i had to go down several time to reception asking for Toilet paper, towels, coffee, sugar and tea. They look like they are trying to clean the place up, there is new garden beds going in.
