Illegal let not tourism ireland registered.dirty and unsafe accommodation. No heating or hot water on arrival, intermittent issues with it throughout the time in the apartment, left night 3of 7 booked,No plugs not able to use the bath or sinks for washing. Black mould in the shower cubicles. Black mould in the sinks. Mould on mirrors Mould on bathroom wall holes in walls Dirty bedding Dirty high chair Unsafe cot . Dirty cot mattress Dirty floors and carpets. Kitchen chair stank of urine. Sofa not fit for purpose arms collapsed and sofa dirty and stained. Open bottles of bleach with no lids left within reach of my baby. Oven door on bottom oven seal broken doesn’t heat properly. Oven at the top unusable smoke comes out when its turned on. Dirty oven and trays. Kettle dented causing rust inside. One sharp knife available which was a steak knife no other knifes available. No colander Only 2 dinner plates. I arrived around 10PM - the place was cold and there was no heat in. Still no heat at 7AM when I got up. Neither was there any hot water in the shower or bathroom sink - I left the water flowing for a good while. Not ideal in November. Maybe I missed something in the instructions.

Great house and location close to town centre. Very helpful and communicative host.

The apartment was described as luxurious and priced accordingly. This was a deception due to the numerous defects e.g. wood lice in bathroom, extractor fan not working, defective shower temperature control, front door bolts not working, exposed wiring in foyer ceiling, lounge light taped up and bare bulb (no lightshade), ensuite basin overflowing due to wrong tap size, duvet had unidentifiable dark stain etc etc. The whole place needed to be cleaned properly ( faeces spatters in toilet!) in spite of there being an additional cleaning charge. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
