Was excited to come stay here. Will not come back. I ended up having a TV that was not working we had to call the on call person several times. Bedsheet replacements were hard for them to find after we found a stain on them. They came to clean every 2 days. The refrigerator stopped working and they had to get a small replacement fridge, we could barely fit all out freezer items since we just bough groceries worried about out food spoiling. We couldn't even cook because there were coach roaches in the kitchen. The host seems to to blame us while communicating with here that she didn't know about any coaches and we should close the doors to prevent insects. These coachroaches been there.The insecticide they tried and spray did not help. no apology. I send videos and pics to host and Airbnb. I got a full refund. customer service was not great, never met the host, just another liaison she hired. She has manyunits in the building; needs to look at all with her own eyes. never coming back

Lots of outdoor maintenance going on doing my stay, as well as fumigating the buildings. Always smelling like“Raid” in the hallways and I personally wouldn’t stay there again. I don’t recommend this Host. One day after booking, I wanted to change my departure date from 21 days to 11 days but the Host never responded. I contacted the AirBnB Management and they said it should not be a problem because it was within my time to Cancel or make changes but she still didn’t respond. One day after arrival, I told her local assistant that I would keep my reservation and that is when she responded with a denial to my request to change my reservation that was made weeks ago. Very disappointing and rude! She did offer a better apartment later because of the broken appliances and apparently someone had stolen the bedroom TV before my check-in. The only good thing was that she allowed me a late check out and her local assistant was very helpful when possible.

Great location and nice location inside the complex. Easy checking in and out and host was responsive both before and during the stay. Good access to restaurants and area attractions. Would definitely stay here again.
