We enjoyed the space. Lots of little thoughtful touches. Perfect location and beautiful space. Only con, the parking lot in the back needs gravel added, as with a car it scraped under every time we went out. There is a drop that could not be avoided with a car when leaving the parking.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Justin was pleasant to deal with. He was proactive and provided a house manual which included everything we needed to know. The apartment is true to the pictures. The apartment was very clean and easy to keep clean with no fussy furniture. There are some thoughtful additions like ice, a Brita filter, toiletries in the shower and board games. iThe only recommendation I would have (similar to others) is that the window coverings in the main bedroom let in alot of light. The room always felt like it was dusk so I didn’t sleep the best. There is also a unit upstairs (that may be another air BNB) and the person staying there seemed to be up all hours. Otherwise I would highly recommend.

The nicest air bnb I have stayed in in a while! Very unique and well decorated. Spacious and perfect for sleeping me + my co-workers for an overnight work event.

Very nice place - seems like an older building but spruced up quite a bit. Lovely part of Peterborough to be in. Pet friendly place - always appreciated! The smart appliances may have been a bit too smart for me, but nice to have access to such things in an older building.
