We made a long weekend trip into Seattle to do fun things as a family. From the cute quiet neighborhood, to ease of checking in, and the very clean, organized and comfortable home away from home, we would definitely recommend this place to other families or anyone spending time in the city. The street the house is on is a good place for a nice short run, too if you're into that.

I thought we'd rented some fantastic Airbnbs, but most pale in comparison to Marshall and Kevin's apartment. This place is PERFECT. Roomy, clean, quiet, safe, private, comfortable. Fantastic kitchen with everything you could possibly want, cozy bedrooms, TVs in every room with all the best channels and streaming. Great location with a garden and parking! But, best of all, the hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, flexible and attentive. I'm so grateful to you, M&K, thank you!

Kevin’s place was amazing! Prior to arrival there was excellent and detailed instructions for checking in, need to know info, and everything in between. The personalized greeting at the door was an excellent touch and upon entering, the entire home was spotless and clean. There were drinks, snacks, and everything one could need fully stocked in the home. Overall I could not recommend Kevin’s place enough and we will certainly be staying there again in the future!

Kevin’s place is amazing. I don’t even know where to start!My husband and I stayed there over the Christmas weekend while visiting our daughters. It was plenty spacious to have them over numerous times with their 10 month old baby. Max even provided a beautifully decorated and lit artificial tree which made the place even more charming. Super clean, comfortable beds and other sweet touches such as the snack drawer and high quality chocolates. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Beautifully landscaped yard and lighting. The neighborhood was a wonderful place to walk. This place is a real gem.

My nephew had a hockey tourney in Seattle so we rented Kevin’s place and it was great. The pictures are accurate, he makes everything so easy and clear from check in to check out, he even had a welcome sign with our names (Nice touch Kevin!). The place is clean and has everything you would need. My nephew especially enjoyed the treat drawer. There was water milk and drinks in the fridge, so very handy. FYI for people wanting to visit Seattle downtown. Prior to staying at Kevin’s place we had a hotel downtown for the first few days we were in Seattle to see the downtown area. We wish we had done more research about their transportation system. Had we known how easy it was to get downtown from Kevin’s place, we would never had taken the hotel and stayed at Kevin’s the whole time (just hop on the link train from Northgate station-and your downtown in no time). All to say whether you’re in town to visit Seattle or in town for a hockey tourney, this is a great place. Thank you Kevin!
