We originally booked a hotel in the city for the weekend of Voodoo & upon check in we found out they made an error & did not have a room for us at all. We were panicking because every hotel was fully booked except for a few extremely expensive $500+ a night hotels. Within an hour of leaving the hotel we were able to book a room with William & had the keys in hand. Kimmie was waiting for onsite when we got there with less than an hour notice. She was extremely helpful & went above & beyond. We lucked out being the only ones on our floor (2nd) so we essentially had a private bathroom that was directly connected to our room. The house had a very nice atmosphere that we enjoyed. We are hoping to make a group trip soon because you can rent out the entire 2nd & 3rd floor. We think it would be a great place for a group to stay & be able to hangout all together yet still maintain some privacy with your individual room. It’s a little far from the city, but we felt the price point reflected that fact especially if you travel to New Orleans during a festival weekend like we did.

Fun, historic place that is unique. It was in a safe neighborhood and when there aren't delays due to busy time of year, it only took 15 minutes to get to Jackson Square and all the sites. William was extremely easy to work with and hospitable. We had plenty of room, towels and extra blankets as a cold front came through while we were there. Overall a good experience!

Place was amazing, great price. Room was clean and spacious & Bill offered great hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place.

Just like the pictures is an historical place. Is clean and perfect to stay a couple of days. Definitely I will love to book again in a future

William's house was cozy and comfortable. It's in a safe area, so that was a relief. Check-in was smooth and easy. William greeted us with a big smile and welcoming personality. The house is an older house, but still seems to be well maintained. Amenities are available for you (fresh towels, wifi, hot coffee/tea, etc.) just as they are in a hotel. Our room was good for the price, considering we were trying to find a place to stay at the last minute, and more than likely, we would stay again!
