My husband and I and our two kids ages 13 and 10 stayed in a connecting room for 5 nights at this lovely hotel. We initially asked the host to check in 1hr early but when we arrived the room was not ready and we had to wait until the regular check in time. That was the only issue we had during our stay. The family that owns this hotel is sweet and went above and beyond during our stay. Our rooms were clean (housekeeping offered daily). They helped us organize tours, recommend the best restaurants, spas, etc. They have great English speaking skills, if that is important to you. Something to consider is there is no elevator and the hotel has 4 floors. They do offer to bring your luggage up/down for you. The WiFi is strong in the common dining area/front desk, but weak in our room on the 3rd floor. We felt so welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Hoi An.

Great host, able to communicate in English so well both in and outside. Nearest night market, affordable price also, free breakfast, tea, water, as well as coffee.
