The pictures don’t do this place justice, it is beautiful! Looks new inside, spacious (even with a large group) and great furniture. The pool was being finalized when we stayed there and will be an awesome addition. There are two shops within walking distance. Had a great stay overall.

Nice modern house, comfortable beds, pretty well equipped kitchen, 3 rooms with own full bathrooms. They are building a pool so there is construction in the back of the house which I wasn’t aware of at the time of booking, but they stopped the work as soon as I complained about the noise first morning. Pros: spacious, modern and private villa. Mostly responsive host, they help setting up transport and bicycle rentals. Cons: no AC in the living room kitchen and dining areas are which makes it hot and sticky at times as only 1 ceiling fan isn’t sufficient. Communication at times would take time. With the pool being finished soon it will be a complete nice villa. I recommend it and would stay there again.

Maison quasi neuve de 250m2 avec du matériel haut de gammes partout et une prestation de qualité ! La déco , le mobilier et toute l agencement est top ! C'est très rare sur Praslin et la digue qui ont généralement des trucs assez vieux ou plutôt local . Elle est facile d'accès pour faire tout a vélo , pas de monté de cailloux ect... et sécurisé ce dont nous avons apprécié car sur Praslin on a eu une mauvaise expérience . Si on cherche le confort et la tranquillité cette maison est incroyable Il lui manque la piscine ( a venir apparemment ) et la vue mer et peu être un peu moins de vis a vis depuis la route car les gens s'arrête pour regarder la maison car elle est jolie . Une des rares foi ou l'annonce est BEAUCOUP moins sympa que la maison quand on la découvre
