Robin is a fantastic host and the house is amazing. Lots of space and beautiful design throughout the house. We loved it and appreciated Robin’s responsiveness. Also the backyard is awesome for our dogs! An added benefit is you are very close to trails and the tram in the Sandia foothills. 11/10 would stay again.

Our family stayed at Robin’s place for the Balloon Fiesta. Since we were traveling with two nine month olds, we definitely needed a place to unwind and rest between excursions. Robin’s place was perfect. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. Comfortable blankets in the living room were a nice touch for cool evenings and lazy moments. The kitchen was well stocked for eating in. The back yard is beautifully landscaped. The fountain is such a relaxing touch. The view is beyond gorgeous…sunrises over the Sandia Mountains is a wonderful way to start the day. The living room is lined with windows that allow you to have a beautiful view while relaxing in the living room or dining. Each morning balloons could be seen in the distance from the kitchen window. The location of the home makes seeing the city easy. The house is about 15 minutes (without traffic) from the Balloon Field. The Sandia Tram is only 5 minutes away. Old Town and the Aquarium are only 20-30 minutes away.

Beautiful, modern and clean house in a beautiful and peaceful setting with fabulous mountain views. Highly recommend!!!

I chose Robin's lovely property for my staycation this year due to its amazing views. The high ceilings with glass doors and plenty of windows invited the 180 degree view of the mountains inside with just enough sky to see clouds, rain, sunsets and sunrises in all their splendor. The back patio has a natural rock waterfall adding soothing sound to the vistas. There were several species of birds that visited daily along with a deer spotted outside the privacy wall. While the photos provided a good representation of the interior of the home, they could not do it justice. It is light and bright with a zen like feel. The most stunning feature, however, was the lighting. I was amazed at the wonderful placement of light as an enhancement to the space. The dining room fixture is an absolute work of art. I should note that my favorite hiking spot is Elena Gallegos which is just down Tramway at Simms Rd. So close for family fun.

We loved Robin’s place! It was exactly what we needed! We loved the peaceful surrounds including the really cool backyard with a water fountain! There’s a ton of trails around to hike in the mountains as well! The house itself was very tranquil and cozy and has everything you need! Any questions or requests Robin responded fast! If we need to come back to Albuquerque we would definitely stay at her house again ! Thank you Robin!
