Barn conversion annexe on 1 level, set in a peaceful garden with private drive and entrance, fully fenced and secure for 2 small-medium sized dogs. Vaulted ceiling with beams and skylights in lounge, open plan kitchen. Large bedroom with french doors opening into the garden. 2 single orthopedic rise & fall beds with mattress & pillow protectors, put together to make 1 super king or kept as singles. Modern en-suite shower / wet room with non-slip flooring, high seated toilet with arm support. Light and airy open plan modern kitchen-diner-lounge with 1 very large bedroom and en-suite shower / wet room. The annexe was converted from 1 of the 3 barns that make up the property only 6 years ago. The back door from the kitchen opens onto the conservatory of the owner's house but this is always kept locked.

Beautiful self-contained annex with pretty enclosed gardens and a very welcoming host; the facilities and accommodation were first class, and a welcome pack of provisions was very gratefully received. The separate large bedroom, with en-suite facilities, the lounge and separate well equipped kitchen facilities were all we needed for our beak in Quadring and our host was on hand if we needed any advice or had any questions. A very quiet and peaceful location, down a short lane the property is well located in rural Lincolnshire and provides access to a wide range of locations. So glad we found this place and will visit again when the opportunity presents itself.
A quiet comfortable stay and space to relax. All mod cons - everything we could need was provided. We know the area but the welcome notes are useful. All to short a stay!!
Our stay at the Annex was one of the best experiences of an Airbnb we have had so far. Right from the start Alison’s aim was to make our stay as easy as possible and nothing seemed too much trouble. The Annex was in pristine condition upon our arrival. A well-stocked welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived as well as eggs, milk, bread and breakfast makings. It is very well equipped especially for a longer stay, unfortunately we only stayed 3 nights but we wanted for nothing. We had Bolly our dog with us and we were invited to use the large beautiful garden, which was totally secure, whenever we wished. Bolly enjoyed sniffing for moles and just wandering around! The Annex its self was very dog friendly as its mostly carpet so not too slippery for four legged visitors. This is a hidden gem if you want peace and quiet and we would highly recommend a stay at the Annex if exploring Lincolnshire. A very warm welcome awaits.
Beautiful and spotless accomodation, very well appointed, lovely and friendly host who supprised us with delightful little extras, just perfect.

Set in rural farm lane within small Lincolnshire village with Post Office, local Pub and Indian Restaurant all within a 5 minute walk.
Either side of Quadring are the 2 slightly larger villages of Gosberton and Donington, both with more amenities such as Co-op stores, tea rooms, take-aways, hairdressers, other local shops and services, such as GP, dentist and chemist.
Plenty of nice country walks for any 4 legged friends.
Spalding market town is only 8 miles away by car and Springfields Retail outlet is a 15min drive.

I live down a farm lane in a quiet village called Quadring in Lincolnshire with my husband Matt. I work part time and am also a potter who enjoys throwing on the wheel in my little studio and hand building ceramics, inspired by nature; flowers and leaves from our garden. We have a small field next to the house where we keep 2 beehives that all guests are welcome to visit.
