I stayed here for my second time & honestly I wish I owned this home. The location is superb— tucked away with lots of privacy but minutes from town & very close to Priest Pt aka Squaxin Park. There is a spacious fenced yard for my dog (or children) to roam safely. The bed and bedding are EXCEPTIONALLY comfortable plus they do not use heinously scented laundry products (this is often an issue for me at Air B&Bs). All the kitchen amenities are full stocked & high quality (the knives are actually sharp). Most of all, so many small touches that make this feel like a cozy relaxing home not just a thrown together rental: tons of hangers & coat hooks, adorable house plants, lovely & comfy furniture, a sun room workspace, guitars you can play, a fancy TV & sound system, fantastic lighting, & more! I am a lichenologist & one of the fruit trees in the front yard features a very special lichen that is sensitive to air pollution & not commonly seen so close to town (Lobaria pulmonaria).

Such a lovely little spot- we needed a place fast to accommodate our family of four plus dogs during some emergency house repairs. Kasey came through! Our home is pretty close by, so we barely had to disrupt our routine. The ample yard space made the dogs really happy (we did have to watch out for those fence holes mentioned in the description). It was a little bit of a tight fit for four of us, but the house is so well-organized, with lots of creative storage, that we all felt like we had plenty of room. The home is comfortable and cozy, the kitchen is easy to cook in, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thanks for your hospitality, Kasey- this was a gem that I’ll be sure to tell friends and family about when they visit the area.

Had plans to attend a talk in downtown Olympia, intending to fly to SEA, rent a car, stay in a hotel near the venue then fly back home first thing the next morning. My pet sitter flaked on me a few days before leaving me to scramble. I found Kasey's home and it was like the stars had aligned - I pivoted from flying to driving from Central Oregon with my furs. From the moment we arrived I started counting my blessings - a few minutes to downtown, beautiful property, fenced yard, cute architectural profile, expansive deck and landscaping, lovely kitchen, super cozy living room (the tv borders on a theatre experience!), great laundry room, quiet bedroom with a very comfy bed. Aside from the time I spent at my event, we largely just lounged at the house, relishing the serene surroundings. Kasey has done a phenomenal job with this home - I felt like I was staying with a friend who had thought ahead to what might make my visit the best possible. We all loved our vacation!
