Alex is a great host. His well equipped studio is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It is close to the shops, the beach and many restaurants. The two bus stops are round the corner, which is a great advantage if you intend to explore the island. I would highly recommend Alex's studio with its exquisite swimming pool.

This is a wonderful place and Alex is a wonderful host. Everything was perfect. We were given a bottle of champagne when we checked in on Christmas, which was very nice. Wonderful apartment in a quiet location with a swimming pool. The best location. 5 minutes to the beach, bus stop around the corner, two supermarkets 1 minute to go, two shopping centers within a 5-minute walk. Huge thanks to Alex. We will definitely come back again.

Alex is one of the best hosts, I’ve ever come across over the years. He’s communicative, polite, and understands that his guests are paying for the best service he can provide, so. he simply delivers the best service one can get for the cost of staying at his lovely studio. The place was more than perfect for me and for what I wanted to do in Maspalomas. The two bus stops round the corner from Alex’s studio are just one of the best things about his place. The 66/90 from the airport drop you round the corner; while all of the other buses departing from the stop across the one round the corner, take you anywhere you within Maspalomas, or to any of the other towns and villages along the West or East coast. I saw Alex on the first day, and then on the last day of my stay, which was great, as he never intruded. I highly recommend Alex’s studio, which has all the mods cons to make you feel right at home. I’ll definitely be staying at Alex’s next time I’m I. Maspalomas. Thanks Alex!
