Jeremy's place was as described and my stay was good. Location is conveniently located to the James st shopping precinct. The apartment building itself was a bit run down and dark. But other then that everything was as described. It was quiet as the patio was ground level and backed up to an alley way so no excessive road traffic was a notable plus for me.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fortitude Valley, the unit was well appointed and very comfortable. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and instructions were clear. The bed had beautiful quality sheets and pillows, which made for an excellent nights sleep! The location was fantastic and close to amazing restaurants and an easy stroll for the best shopping experience!
