This place is exactly as the booking says. The owner and his employees have gone above and beyond to ensure that the stay is comfortable. Bill also is flexible to peoples specific needs which has been great. Would definitely stay again.

The host was good on communication. Even tho I never saw him. There was a woman,running around the place doing stuff most the day. The key was supposed to be in a key drop box when I arrived ,but she had it for some reason. So I couldn’t walk in and go to my room as I discussed with host. I only stayed one night , so Its ok for the price. Twin bed not good for parties of two. There was , a fridge , microwave, shower all in the small room. The Wifi on the wall wasn’t available (not sure if this is listed in amenities). Walls are paper thin. I could hear talking/Tv clearly on the other side There was a dog on property , started barking for 30 seconds at 6am,but friendly . The community living room had a giant cabinet in front of the couch. Community bathroom was clean.
