Good- the rooms and the place is like a decent villa with all amenities. The caretaker is always available and location is easy to find. Bad- we had booked it for the pool and it was way different than the photos. it's on rooftop, very small, hardly 3ft deep, squeaky shaky entry, unclean, sunny during the day, and visible to neighbours. Not worth 16K but if you are okay without pool, good space for a group to chill. No loud music late night.

Caretaker Guddu was humble and helpful. Guests checked in at different times and it was accommodated. Manish was proactive in sending details and directions and the property was easy to locate. The small pool on the terrace is a great way to relax in summers. It was clean wth water changed the same day of our arrival. Loved the stay. Thank you host. One feedback, we had to ask for bath soap and toothpaste. Bathrooms should have essentials placed prior to checkins.

Nice place to hang out with friends. Rooms in the lower floor are not well maintained (improper paint). Also, cupboards are taped making it aesthetically unpleasant. The maintenance person was extremely helpful.
