When I first arrived I checked in a little late so I had to deal with security. Security officer was very rude and sent me in circles and didn’t even care. Basically treated me like I didn’t belong there for some reason . Took two hours before I got the keys out the lock box. To top it off we had been traveling all day and I had my two grandkids and 73 year old mom. They were tired. Once we did check in the next morning I left the unit came back my key didn’t work . So I went back down stairs only to be told I had to be moved to another unit because the place was overbooked. I had to stop getting my family ready to go to the beach because we had to pack up and move to another unit. That wasn’t right . I paid my money to . I was under the assumption I paid for the unit I was in. Terrible experience for the money I paid. I could’ve just booked in Destin like o normally do.

We truly enjoyed our time in Sandestin. Jenny and the front desk staff went above and beyond expectations. We felt super and loved going to the private beach and pool every single day. 200% recomendable place to stay.

Super clean!! This condo is actually part of a resort. The resort is a great place, so much to do within minutes of the condo. The condo was larger than expected. There were two jet tubs. A single in one bathroom and a double in the other. One of the showers even had a steam room setting. It was very clean. You couldn’t tell that sand had ever been in the condo. The king bed was super comfortable and was comparable to our bed at home. Large TV’s in each bedroom. Plenty of necessary kitchen items, they even gave several extra toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, and even dishwasher detergent. Towel exchange on Mon. & Thurs. was a plus. The view from the pool is great for sunset views. The balcony’s on the condo we were in did have a service entrance below them but they were never making noise before 8-9am. There is a convenient cafe next door by the pool. But definitely try Ruby’s in the Baytown wharf for breakfast…
