Great location, very walkable. Don’t be dissuaded by the train tracks. However, after emphasizing that the name used to check in MUST MATCH the confirmation or they charge you $99, they sent me a confirmation email with someone else’s name on it! It took some wrangling to fix which was annoying. However the actual stay was fine.

I truly appreciate the welcoming staff, the suite arrangemnt of the room with the full kitchen, and the deck hot tub! The location allows for us to walk into town and enjoy an evening without having to drive!

My wife and I stayed here for our trip to Durango. Location is excellent we were walking distance to everything downtown and walking distance to the train ride.

Good for the price! Could use some more basic cooking items. But great stay overall!
