The best equipped kitchen (pots, pans, silverware, glassware and appliances) including other house esstentials that we have ever visited. The house architecture, open layout and the amount of glass is fantastic! The views from kitchen, living/dining and upper balcony never get old. The first thing that we did every morning was open the blinds. Fantanstic outdoor amenities (covered dining, pool, grill and gas fire pit). The pool heating fee was very reasonable. Don't miss the sunrises coming up over the mountains. We highly recommend this house.....you will not be disappointed.

The house was well stocked but a lot smaller than appears in photos. Especially the pool. Also even though we complained about the pool being dirty it took them 5 days to get someone to come and clean it. Also evolve does not actually help with most issues but will simple redirect you to another concierge company who may also redirect you to someone else. You end up having to communicate with three different people. To top it all off the communication with both the owner and the concierge company left a very sour taste in my mouth and made my stay less than pleasant.

Our family had an excellent time at this home. Our kids loved the house! The home was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Plenty of towels, condiments, detergent, etc. The pool and outdoor space was phenomenal. There were stores and shops nearby and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely select this home again for a future visit to Arizona.
