the space is perfectly located for downtown estes and access to rocky Mountain National Park. I had questions about the space and the host was very responsive.

Cute little cabinette. Comfortable, easy to find and great access. I would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The place was more spacious than I thought, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was responsive for extra towels. The pool was clean and warm. The unit is very close to the entrance of RMNP and downtown. Cons: No AC (there are fans that we used at night), the pool is not full size and can get crowded with kids, etc. The walls are thin and normal activity (walking, taking, working in the kitchen, etc.) could be heard in the unit above and next to us. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would consider coming back in the future.

The place matched the description completely. Rocky was great. He was very responsive and came quickly to change a light bulb when I let him know one burned out. The things we didn’t like was how thin the walls were. I could easily hear my neighbors conversations, especially in the kitchen. The floors were loud and creeky. It was a little difficult to get the shower water to the right temperature and then it would get cold if someone else in the building flushed their toilet. My kids absolutely loved the pool and it was warm. My only complaint was that it closed at 7 PM every evening (as well as the rec room with the pool table in it.) I wish those things were open at least until eight.
