We had a beautiful Thanksgiving trip with our family. We decided to meet in the middle in Park City from Denver and San Francisco together. It was great house, better than pictures, spacious and perfect for bigger kids and adults. Plenty of room. Property team was super responsive and so helpful. We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful residence in a picture perfect setting on a full moon weekend! With a September stay, we had no neighbors and no noise from morning to night. It's a short and easy drive from Salt Lake City. The description is very accurate and we were all surprised by how spacious the home is as it does not look large from the exterior. The lay-out is wonderful as a large group can gather together in several different locations making it feel cozy and comfortable while never feeling crowded. We made all our meals at home and the kitchen and grilling area had everything we needed. Definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful home, recently renovated, and perfect for a large group! We really appreciated all of the space to spread out. We had plenty of room for our large family. The pool was a "glorious" place to cool off in the evenings, the hot tub is a perfect spot for late-night conversations, and the views are spectacular. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and there was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Note the warning that this cabin is "Mountain Cooled." That means that the indoor temperatures are going to hover within ten to fifteen degrees of the outside temperatures at all times. Despite all of the provided fans and a swamp cooler running, it was uncomfortably warm during the daytime hours during our stay. Evenings cooled off some, but as soon as the temps outside got above 80, the home did too. We followed the recommendations for closing blinds and windows as soon as the sun was up, and that helped, but not enough. The design of the cabin floor space and east-facing windows makes it pretty much impossible to get any kind of cross breeze going in the main living area. This home is NOT a good option for any guests with crawling babies or toddlers who cannot navigate stairs safely. There are multiple flights of stairs between the levels of this home. We also recommend that you double-check the number of available parking spaces in advance, and if you entertain guests, don't assume that everyone will understand the toilet flushing rules. Even though there are signs posted explaining this pretty clearly, guests sometimes don't understand or assume they are the exception.
