Central newly refurbished apartment in a magnific and quiet Haussmanian building in the City Center of Paris. This top floor loft boasts breathtaking views on Paris roofs, the "Sacré Coeur" cathedral and St Augustain Church. It has all amenities to welcome 4 guests in one double bedroom and one double sofa bed (in a separate room) and in the living room The flat is composed of a fully furnished living room with internet, TV, piano. There is a Kitchen with a bar and all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave.....) A large bedroom with king sized bed and separate bathroom (including a bathtub) Everything is provided (bedsheets, towels, hairdryer....) Total size of the loft is around 50 sqm It is situated on the top floor of the building on the courtyard side but above the opposite building which provides complete calm and in the meantime amazing views on "Paris roofs" There is a lift to access the flat The building itself is a one of a kind Haussmanian style building with top of the art marble, mirrors and red carpet covering common parts Located in the heart of Paris, our loft is less than 10 minutes walk from the department stores, Champs-Elysées, rue du Faubourg St Honoré, Opera, Parc Monceau... The nearest metro station is 50 meters away and serves lines 13 and 9, the bus station is in front of the building. The Jacquemard André museum is 100 meters away, the Grand Palais is 300 meters away... Bakery, restaurants, cafes, everything is at disposal in this hyper central district.

L’appartement est tres bien situé dans un immeuble calme et charmant. Il est parfait pour un couple. Petite déception lorsque j’ai demandé un lit parapluie pour bébé de 18 mois et que j’ai eu un lit pour nourrisson trop petit et pas assez sécurisé pour un bébé qui se lève. Je n’ai jamais eu de retour de Shev sur ce point. De plus il est noté que l’appartement est accessible par ascenseur, c’est le cas jusqu’au 5e mais il reste un étage à monter. Bon à savoir lorsqu’on a une poussette et une grosse valise.
Had a very pleasant stay at Shev's place in Paris 8. The apartment is cosy, clean, spacious. It was exactly what I expected from the description. Easy check in and check out.

Had a great stay at Shev's place. We communicated mostly with Frederic and he was great. We happened to arrive in Paris on some of its coldest days in January with snow and when we messaged that the apartment still was a little cold, Frederic offered to bring a portable space heater that did the trick. We only needed to use it for two days when it was really cold (in the living room) but once the temperature went back up, we put it away. They're extremely responsive and kind. We loved the location of the apartment. The Miromesnil metro is extremely close and convenient and it's a nice walk to Saint Lazare and Champs Elysee from the apartment! I would definitely come stay again.
Palazzo signorile in posizione perfetta. Appartamento molto bello e funzionale. Host perfetti! Vista su Sacro Coeur meravigliosa. Tutto Top!

Le quartier est chic, le metro se trouve à 3 min a pied, juste a cote se trouve le Parc Monceau.
