Matt was an excellent host. Super responsive! I was pleased with how closely everything matched the listing description... blown away actually. Amazing view, condo, and amenities at a steal of a budget.

Matt was an amazing host. Seamless check in. Got into a car accident soon as I got to the beach wasn’t able to checkin until much later but that was not a problem. Matt told me where everything was. The place was beautiful everyone was very nice. And I even had a late night request from Matt he responded back and made sure everything was ok. We will be staying with Matt every time we come!! Perfect location and the hot tubs helped with minor injuries. Oh and the fire place ambiance was amazing !!!!Thank you Matt

Roach nfestation! 1st Arrived to find an unsafe broken slide door to balcony. I notified host he sent a bar that didn’t work. Next, the place was infested with small brown roaches ! They came from the kitchen, in the bathroom in the shower. I packed my things and stayed up all night while the kids slept killing roaches from the walls and on the floor. I notified Matthew and he said this happens when it’s cold. If your a host you are responsible to make sure your property is habitable. Don’t depend on others ! There were roach traps under the sink so this was a known issue. I lost money , time and rest and the host wasn’t worried about it . Never again will I use air B&B . I paid for a hotel the next day . Matthew you should feel ashamed . Would you want yout family to have this experience on a vacation?

Everything was overall Good but the Roaches is what takes the cake, We know its hard to Inspect one room out of the many but its got to be aodmthing that can be done to fix the problem. Hard to sleep knowing its visitors in the room who aint helping to pay for the stay just a Terrible nasty feel to that part but overall the stay was as described view was good just those unwanted bugs always was in bathroom kitchen area come to think of it that we noticed anyway.

Enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to restaurants and the SkyWheel. Also beautiful scenery on the other side of the condo, lots of beautiful beach houses to see! Would stay again!
