位於住宿區內，安靜，房間大小住4人沒問題。交通便利，離24st地鐵站及公車站都很近，步行約5分鐘。附近用餐也蠻方便的，有許多美式餐廳&中國菜&墨西哥菜～。

Had a great stay in Matthews flat! The location is nice, the apartment has about everything one needs for a monthly stay. Be aware though that some of the (few) kitchen utensils are not in the best shape and that you will need to buy everything you want to use during your stay, including toilet paper and salt. Matthew was quick to reply to our messages and very helpful! Overall we would book again :)

We booked Matthew's place as a spot for us to work remotely, and get to explore San Fransisco. Matt was a great host, very communicative, and helpful. PROs - Great Location: Super walkable - Valencia has a bunch of great restaurants, and bars, and is a quick drive to Japan town, the marina, golden gate park, and fisherman's Wharf - Strong Internet - Kitchen & Kitchen Utensils - Workspace: full desk & kitchen table to work from - Strong shower pressure CONs - Pillows: uncomfortable, pretty flat, and old - Bedding: the bedding was old - Dryer: you need to use the "timed dry" setting and set for 3+ hours to get close dry. Usually we resorted to hang drying half of our clothing. - Amenities: for a month long stay, there was 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 old sponge, no dish soap, no laundry detergent, and 1 roll of paper towels.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The best thing was location. Close to Valencia street with so many restaurants and bars and gems. Two BART stations to downtown. Apartment is bigger than it seems on pics. A door to dining area close so myself and my partner could make work calls and get some separation. Bed is nice, internet is great and check in and out easy. It’s a modest place but great value. Oh and a great coffee shop at the corner, and we found a favourite cocktail bar and a wine bar…. What else one needs!
