The sunset at this place is absolutely stunning, and to watch it from your own pool, well what more could you ask for. Check in was a breeze with lock box, but finding the place was a bit tricky so make sure you find an experienced taxi driver if you don’t rent a car. Many people complained about the roosters and dogs but I barely heard anything. One thing to note is that there are no condiments but s&p so you have to bring your own. They do supply coffee and creamer and left us some cookies which was sweet! Overall we had a lovely time and highly recommend. Beautiful place!!
The house was very beautiful and we enjoyed spectacular sunsets by the pool. The pool is perfect temperature and very clean. The house is spacious and clean. We had a few minor issues and the host was very responsive. We were so happy to be away from the tourist area and found the property to offer a real respite from the crowds. The only drawback is the roosters and dog barking as mentioned in other reviews. If you're a very light sleeper, it could be problematic. But we had a wonderful stay.
Our stay was absolutely perfect. We stayed at Casiola’s place in Santa Cruz, up on the hill with an incredible view. This home is outside of the tourist zone so perfect for those looking for a more authentic Aruban experience. A car is a must, but you can still be downtown or to the high rise area within 20 minutes by car. The house and pool are amazing and the grocery at the bottom of the hill had everything we needed and the owners were incredibly friendly.

The view, the pool, and the house! We had a beautiful stay. It’s perfect to sit out on the patio, then take a dip in the pool. The full kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals and enjoy our stay without leaving the house. I definitely would recommend to someone looking for a quiet and private getaway.
