Due to unexpected circumstances, I was unable to make my reservation and hand to cancel at the absolute last minute. Mina was extremely responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I am very disappointed that I couldn't stay with Mina - as her place looks incredible - and will definitely look to stay here again.

Large enough for our group of 7- large dining room table for eating & playing games. Since there was a tropical storm we couldn't enjoy the outside area but it looked inviting. Needs a bit of upgrades in certain areas but for the most part it fit our needs.

Great experience from start to finish. Our group of 8 had plenty of room in this spacious home. The communication leading up to checkin was great. Take advantage of the outdoor space, it’s great for just relaxing and enjoying the company of your guests. Short walk to the beach and just a 10 min walk to Asbury. Would definitely come back and stay again. Thank you so much!

This house was just as advertised and was wonderful for our needs. We had a family reunion with six adults and five children. The house was very family friendly-no furniture that we had to move out of the way as was the case in past years. A particularly nice touch was a separate children's table and chairs , which became an arts and crafts center. The first floor was a large communal space, with plenty of room to gather in. The hot tub and outdoor showers was a nice touch. The bedrooms were small but entirely adequate. The hosts were very responsive and we particularly appreciate that they proactively offered to let us stay a little longer at checkout time as the baby was napping. All in all, the house was perfect for us and we look forward to future visits.

We had a friends reunion at Mina’s place - we had a great time using the beach and being able to walk everywhere!
