Originally built for the 1976 Olympics, this top floor 2br +loft apartment in the Treehouse complex has the hallmarks of the mid-century era in which it was built - exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and an entirely slate fireplace. With views of Keystone mountain, the unit is centrally located in Silverthorne and close to Arapahoe Basin (20 min), Keystone (15 min), Breckenridge (20 min), Vail (30 min) and Beaver Creek (45 min) Lovingly restored and updated over the course of a year, top-end appliances, hardware, doors, windows and finishes have been added. In each of the two bedrooms is one queen bed while the loft has a twin bunk bed as well as a convertible couch.

Jeremy and Erin’s place was great! The place was as described on the listing, and was perfect for our stay with 5 people. It’s a great place to stay for a ski trip, as A-basin, Copper, Breckinridge, and other mountains are all within a 30 minute drive. Would definitely recommend!
Airbnb was clean and as pictured/as described. The clubhouse has 2 hot tubs and a sauna which is perfect after skiing. Laundry was also simple to use (can pay with the app instead of cash). Also the bathroom floors were heated which is nice for winter. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Only improvements I’d suggest is adding curtains to the windows (gets very bright in the morning) and to change the jute carpet, which is uncomfortable to stand on. Would also like to mention that the Airbnb is on the third floor and if you aren’t acclimated to the high elevation (9,500+ ft) it can be difficult to get up and down.
Highly recommend staying at this AirBnb. Very clean with lots of amenities and things to do near by. Hosts provided many recommendations and made the stay very seamless. Would stay here again!!

Free parking as well as a bus stop across the street into town and to the ski hills.
