Lovely little place. Very clean and quiet. Had a delightful peaceful weekend and Lily was always available by text if we needed anything.
Myself and my two daughters had the most amazing time staying at lily’s. The attention to detail and extra little touches to make our stay more comfortable especially considering we booked very last minute. Lilys place was exactly what we needed and lily was extremely helpful and welcoming. We felt right at home and will definitely be coming back to stay longer.

Great location for pottering into Lymington, which we know and love. (approx 10mins to 'top of town'). We were able to walk out around the salt marshes and back (approx 30-40mins to the yacht haven and coast path). Some nice green spots nearby for getting the dog out; discovered a footpath around a gladey pond, past a gate at the town end of the host's road, just 2-3minutes towards town. Lily recommended good fish & chip shops. And we had a lovely meal in dog-friendly bar, across the river at The Ferryman's. Many thoughtful touches provided in the well-equipped studio room. Spotless fresh bathroom. Comfy mattress and cosy bedding.
We had a lovely two nights staying at Lily's annex, which is adjacent to her main house but completely separate. The space was cosy and welcoming, with a bohemian feel. A lovely little verandah at the front allowed us to have a private breakfast in the open air. Inside, the main living area was beautifully done. There was a choice of couches to snuggle into and read, and lots of throws to keep warm. Cooking facilities were clean and all the crockery/cutlery for preparing a basic meal was provided. Lily was responsive to messages and clearly takes a lot of pride in maintaining this guest suite, which really shows. All in all we had a wonderful time and would recommend the space for a couple's getaway!

Hello , from Lily and my 3 grown up children . Thank you for looking at our home . After living in the New Forest for the last 16 years and sadly not being so busy raising young family any longer and my career, getting back on track - I decided that I would love to offer my Annex, to others ,while exploring the area! While part of my property-The Anex is completely self contained. I am really looking forward to welcoming you at Lily’s place !
