Amazing stay, right next to Marriott and restaurants. Worth every cent

I had a wonderful stay in Manon’s apartment. The studio is really comfortable and very well-equipped. Enjoyed sitting in the patio and the king bed is sooo comfy. The locations is very convenient, right next to the Marriot and walking distance to supermarkets and a bunch of restaurants. Manon is always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay there again if I come back!

The location of this apartment is great, right next to the Marriott. The bed was large and super-comfortable, aircon very effective, and the apartment had all necessary equipment. Manon was a helpful & accommodating host. The apartment, and the whole building complex, is old and run-down so do not expect luxury - however I believe this is baked into the price, which is very reasonable for this location. The only issue I had was that the family in the apartment directly above was extremely noisy (sounded like children running/jumping/stomping incessantly on the tiled floors). This is obviously not within the control of the host but, since I believe they might be long-term tenants upstairs rather than other vacationers (it's an affordable housing block), it's worth mentioning...not such a big deal if you're not going to be in the apartment much - but if you're a light sleeper and like to have a lie-in, bring your ear-plugs!

The apartment is perfect for a long term stay in St. Kitts. The location is right next to the beach and the Marriott which makes it easy to grab a cab, get a coffee, meal, etc. Frigate Bay is super easy to walk to - so you can get to both the Atlantic and Caribbean beaches easily. Manon was easy to communicate with and there were always security and workers around the property. Thanks for a great stay.

Really great location and Manon is very responsive and helpful. It was a great place to stay for a quick weekend trip!
