The building has 24hrs security, underground parking, and an elevator. Fully equipped for short and long stays (kitchen, laundry room, beds with hotel mattresses...). Located in the most touristy and dynamic area of ​​Playa del Carmen. Ideal for combining work with fun and rest. You will enjoy the location, the comfort, and the proximity to all the necessary services. We provide a courtesy starter kit for your arrival: Toilet paper, Garbage bags, Dishes soap, Shower gel, Shampoo, Coffee, Cooking oil, Bottled water. These items will not be re-stocked and guests will need to purchase them locally if required. Sheets and towels can be changed for an ADDITIONAL COST OF 25 USD (the same for a complete cleaning of 25 USD) FOR BOTH SERVICES: 50 USD. Daily cleaning is not included in the price. You just have to notify us 24 hours in advance to schedule it. We want to offer all our guests quality sheets and towels, so we ask that you take good care of them and do not use them to clean the floor or remove makeup to avoid additional charges. RENTERS PER NIGHT/WEEK: *** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. The rate includes a credit of 15 kWh (kilowatt hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but to be cautious and conscientious. For heavy electricity use, any additional consumption beyond the one included will be charged at a rate of 5.5 pesos (about 30 US cents) per kWh. A: We will send you a list of our favorite restaurants for all budgets and also the ones that locals love. Q: What basics should I expect for my stay? A: You will receive a welcoming kit including coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, napkins, dish soaps, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid hand soap. Also 1 bath towel and pool towel per person. Sheets, blankets, and pillows are included too. Q: Where can I wash my sheets and towels? A: There is a wash-and-fold business one block away. And you can use the laundry room built in the building for an extra cost $100 mxn pero load (includes washer and dryer) If you want us to replace blankets and sheets, there is an extra cost of $20 USD per change. Q: Can you give us a discounted price? A: The reservation system discounts your nightly price for long-term bookings and bookings made beyond 60 days in advance. A: Yes, we offer free underground parking for one vehicle only. However, we are in close proximity to everything. Everything in town is walkable! A: There is a well-advanced construction project in process across the street from our building. Their work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday thru Friday and 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays.
