It is a very clean and comfortable place. The location is nice, not as busy as other places but still a very good connection to the city.

사진과 다른 뷰인것 빼고는 다 좋았습니다. 사진은 통창에 바로 서호가 보이는것처럼 보이는데 지금은 앞에 건물이 새워져서 서호가 약간만 보입니다. 하지만 다른 부분은 다 좋았습니다! 신축이라 정말 깨끗하고, 넷플릭스도 제공되고, 에어컨도 시원하고, 리셉션 직원분도 너무 친절하십니다. 베딩도 호텔처럼 좋아서 푹 잘 수 있었어요.

I would not recommend this apartment. Other reviewers have been very generous. The listing is inaccurate. There is no jacuzzi. There is no outside dining area by any reasonable definition. The view is blocked by another building. There is no exercise equipment. There was a cash deposit demanded upon arrival. Hopefully, by the time you read this, the listing has been adjusted, but proceed with caution. The location is between Tay Ho and the Old Quarter, but you need a taxi to get anywhere. The apartment would be fine with a few normal amenities, like water, coffee, hangers, laundry detergent, etc. But we didn’t have them. I gotta say, the washer dryer and kind front desk staff were significant plusses, but stay somewhere else unless you’re ensured the listing is accurate.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and brand new. it is at the back of a lakeside property, so the light is not great. The area is very nice. Upon arrival we were asked for a deposit. I was a bit surprised by this.

Emily is a great host, who is responsive and helpful with my requests. The location of the apartment is great, by the lake and away from Hanoi’s traffic noise. The apartment has a Great Lake view, and it is clean. Basic amenities are all provided too. Well recommended! Thank you Emily!
