This rental will impress you during your stay in the village of Trinité. It is in an atypical setting with a unique decoration that the villa can receive up to 8 travellers. This rental is perfect for a stay at the same time in edge of sea and close to the conveniences. If you have vehicles you can park them easily on the parking space (reserved) near the villa. This magnificent villa is arranged as follows: - on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen opening onto the terrace, 1 suite with two beds, one 140 cm and one 90 cm, a second suite with a 160 cm bed. Each of these rooms is equipped with an Italian shower and WC. - upstairs: the master suite with a 180 cm double bed and a 90 cm bed, a bathroom with WC and Italian shower and a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. - Outside: a 20m x 3m swimming corridor with alarm, an outside shower, a barbecue, a terrace with several sitting areas and a sea access. The ideal location of this townhouse will allow you to be close to amenities (banks, fruit and vegetable market, mini-markets, clothes shops, etc.) and to discover the North Atlantic of Martinique. Known for being one of the best surfing spots in the Caribbean, Trinidad is best known for the Caravelle Peninsula. Take advantage of being in the area to discover its nature reserve by following the marked trails. Take the time to visit the Caravelle Lighthouse for its exceptional view and the ruins of the Dubuc Castle to learn about the history of the 18th century sugar houses. Visit also the unique sugar factory, the Galion, which is undoubtedly one of the great places of culture and history of Martinique. Nearby, the white sandy beaches of Tartane are waiting for you for a good nap in the shade of its coconut trees.

We had the best time at Villa Habibi! The house is gorgeous, just like in the pictures if not better. Super spacious, beautifully decorated and with all the amenities. The location is also great, very close to supermarkets and beaches in La Trinité. The hosts are available, super nice and welcoming. Recommended without any doubts, it made our stay in Martinique unforgettable.
The villa is right on the main street of Trinité but is tucked away nicely and is surprisingly private. The pool and the outdoor living space are incredible. The place has everything you need. If you have a car the place is in a great location to explore the island. The property manager, Julien, is easy to communicate with and is always close by if needed.
Nous avons été satisfait de notre séjour dans cette maison Elle est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre
nous avons eu un problème avec la climatisation de la chambre du haut. Puis des infiltrations d’eaux dans la maison principale ainsi que dans les bungalow pendant l’orage et durant la semaine, nous avons déplacé plusieurs fois les meubles ainsi que le lit d’un bungalow. La serrure du 1er bungalow ne fonctionne pas et il n’y a qu’un petit filet d’eau chaude dans la douche de celle-ci et l’arrivée d’eau n’est pas fluide. Le bonton du verrou de la porte d’entrée s’est cassé et il tombé. Nous sommes déçus des prestations de cette maison au vu du prix que nous avons payés. Le propriétaire est venu voir les dégâts et a fait intervenir des prestataires afin de régler certains problèmes mais quelques fuites ont persisté durant la semaine. Le propriétaire était embêté pour les désagréments occasionnés et a proposé à mon fils un tatouage en guise de compensation. Malgré tout la Martinique reste une île magnifique et nous avons quand même pu profiter de nos vacances.
Superbe séjour dans une villa au calme malgré sa localisation dans le bourg de Trinité. Notre hôte était vraiment accueillant et disponible tout au long du séjour. Merci! Nous reviendrons !
