Siamo stati ospiti di Francesco e abbiamo trovato un appartamento estremamente pulito e ordinato. L'appartamento era previsto di tutto letteralmente. Lenzuoli e asciugamani puliti e profumati. Arredamenti moderni e nuovi. È andato tutto benissimo, grazie anche per la disponibilità di loro. Alloggio assolutamente consigliato!

I had forgotten to use the Airbnb app to communicate with the owner, Francesco, on the day of arrival, which must have been very frustrating for him, but he was unperturbed and very friendly and helpful when we finally got together! APARTMENT: First floor apartment. As described. Very clean. Everything worked (ask Francesco to show you how to open the washing machine - there is a knack!). As stated, there is no wifi, but mobile data good on our UK EE (best), Vodafone and O2 SIMS. Balconies with sun or shade on both sides. TV with many Italian channels. LOCATION: Very quiet, no traffic noise. By foot, Sea is 20 mins in one direction, and Lagoon (with flamingoes when we were there) 10 mins the other; good long distance walking along and around both. About 30 mins drive to Ravenna and Comacchio. AMENITIES: Very good restaurant (La Tavernetta) almost opposite; mini-market, bar (with food) and other shops 5/10 mins walk. WOULD WE GO AGAIN? Yes

Francesco was great in every way. He was really available, even meeting me before the check-in to hand the keys, even bought us pasta and sauce in case the Flight was delayed and gave great advice on places to go. It really felt like talking to a friend you haven't talked to in a long time. Other than that, the apartment itself really exceeded our expectations. Really comfortable, had every ammenity necessary and more. We felt like at a second home, and even though it wasn't the season we're 100% sure this is an ideal place to spend your summer.
